Short Term Rentals
The Planning Commission is drafting local rules to ensure that short-term rentals operate safely, responsibly, and in harmony with Poultney’s residential goals.
Food Truck Ordinance
With input from the community, the Planning Commission is drafting an ordinance related to Food Trucks. View survey results and draft language.
Unified Bylaws
The Poultney Planning Commission, in coordination the Rutland Regional Planning Commission, and made possible by a Bylaw Modernization Grant through the Vermont Dept of Housing and Community Development, has updated Poultney’s Unified Bylaws to conform with the HOME Act, enacted in 2023.
