Short-Term Rentals in Poultney

The Poultney Planning Commission is currently discussing short-term rentals (STRs), generally defined as homes or rooms rented for stays of fewer than 30 nights.

The Planning Commission has developed a working draft of a Short-Term Rental Ordinance for discussion and public input. The draft may change as the Planning Commission continues its discussion and gathers public input.
